A 7” x 7” triple layer octagonal cartouche composed of wooden shapes enrobed in bright red and gold-leaf Nepalese Lotka paper, printed with cherry blossoms. Each of these cartouches is embellished with an approximate 3” diameter antique Japanese Kutani plate that has been hand painted with a delicate bird scene.
All cartouches are hand-crafted in our studio with each layer gilded on its edges, and finished on the back with metallic gold Asian tea chest paper.
Metallic gold roping is added for hanging.
